Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as we strive to process orders promptly for timely delivery. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at thecornerdubai@gmail.com with your order details and one of our customer care representatives will contact you within 48 hours.

Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request an exchange within 14 days from date of receiving your order or refund within 3 days from date of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item/s must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

We may require proof of purchase or additional information to process your exchange or refund. Exchanges or refund will be processed once the original item is returned to us and after verification of the item’s conditions.

In the event our team confirm that you are eligible for refund , the payment will  be processed within 14 days from our team confirmation

Shipping Costs
